HAUGHTON - Francis Marie McCarty, age 63, passed away at her home Monday June 25, 2012. She was born March 6, 1949 in Minden, Louisiana.
Francis is survived by her husband Kenny, her daughters, Lisa Baker and husband Michael of Blanchard Louisiana, Becky Carter and husband Alton of Blanchard Louisiana, and Shannon Houge of South Carolina; 10 grandchildren, Lil Mike, Krystal, Shelby, Danny, Marisa, Joshua and Amanda, all of Blanchard LA, Whitley, Lloyd, and Tami of South Carolina; two great grandchildren, Christian of Blanchard Louisiana, Monica of South Carolina. 2 sisters, Peggy and Patricia, and her beloved pets: Emmit, Merle, Dixie and Tommy.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Aulds Funeral Home at 7849 E. Kings Hwy, Shreveport LA 71115. Officiating will be Scooter McLendon.
In lieu of flowers, we ask donations to be made to the Arthritis Foundation of your choice. If you wish to send flowers, her favorite are daisies.
